Emily Atack sets pulses racing as she rocks denim mini dress for Celeb Juice

Emily Atack set temperatures soaring with her latest Instagram offering.

The Celebrity Juice host, 31, sizzled in a tight denim mini dress as she beamed from ear-to-ear.

Emily oozed confidence as she flaunted her one stone weight loss as a result of her "eating out less" as businesses remain closed.

The blonde beauty wore a dark T shirt under the dress for a casual element, as she topped her look off with transparent gemstone heels.

"Ready for some juicing this week. Get the blender," she wrote in reference to the show.

The former Inbetweeners star accessorised with a pair of silver necklaces, bracelets and a selection of rings.

Emily recently opened up about battling body positivity issues, telling Women's Health mag that her "confidence doesn't hinge on a number on the scales".

Emily said she skips breakfast and instead enjoys a total of two meals a day.

Despite that, she will have chocolate or a takeaway if she feels like it.

"I do intermittent fasting. I don't have breakfast – I'm not a morning person – and I'll eat my first meal, usually a chicken salad, around midday," she explained.

"Mid-afternoon, I'll have a snack, and then another meal early evening, which is normally a pasta-based dish or a HelloFresh delivery if I'm busy.

"And if I want dark chocolate, popcorn or my favourite pad thai takeaway, I won't deny myself."

Emily dealt with some body confidence issues during her stint on I'm A Celebrity in 2018.

"My weight has long been criticised [on social media], so wearing a bikini in the jungle was a daunting prospect," she recalled.

"But the experience forced me to rebuild my relationship with my body; because there was nowhere to hide, I had to embrace those insecurities and I returned from Australia feeling free.

"Eating out less over the past year, I've inadvertently lost a stone – but my confidence doesn't hinge on a number on the scales."
