Emmerdales Priya star Fiona Wade looks worlds away from character in hot snap

Emmerdale star Fiona Wade showed off her stunning figure as she posed in a skintight bodysuit to see in the New Year.

The actress – best known as Priya Sharma – looked striking in the black long-sleeved garment as she smouldered into the camera while posing in the mirror clutching her mobile phone.

Fiona, 43, left the zip-up neckline open just enough to flash a glimpse of her ample cleavage while clutching at the seam around her hip.

She wore her sleek black hair in a simple ponytail with her long fringe parted in the centre framing her face perfectly.

She captioned the seductive image: "Wishing everyone the happiest and most blessed 2023!! Set your life on fire. Seek those who fan your flames – Rumi."

Fiona's fans – and her co-stars – rushed to comment on the sexy snap as they shared her sentiment.

Natalie Anderson – known as Alicia Metcalfe on the hit ITV soap – commented: "There.she.is.!!! HNY my beaut.Xx."

Fiona first found fame on Emmerdale back in 2011 when she took over the role from Effie Woods.

It was revealed in October last year that Fiona will be quitting Emmerdale after playing Priya for 12 years.

The star will film her final scenes this year, but it has not been revealed how Priya will be saying goodbye to the Dales.

She has been caught in a number of huge storylines over the years, with one of the most recent being her struggle with an eating disorder.

After being caught in the maze fire left her with physical scars, Priya was left struggling with her body image.

But she seemed to come to terms with it as she struck a deal with Marlon Dingle, agreeing that if he walked down the aisle on his wedding day, she would accompany him with her scars on show.

The news came after the mass culling of characters during the 50th-anniversary episodes, which saw a huge storm hit the Yorkshire village.

Fans were left devastated to see beloved characters such as Faith Dingle, Liv Dingle and Harriet Finch killed off during the month marking 50 years on ITV.

Other characters that nearly lost their lives were Sam Dingle, who was impaled by a tractor, and Vinny, who was nearly crushed to death by a caravan.

Emmerdale airs weekdays at 7.30pm on ITV.
