Kylie Jenner turns 25 today (August 10) and despite being the youngest sibling in the Kardashian clan, she's gone on to be one of the most successful.
The reality star and businesswoman has gone from being a goofy 10-year-old to a make-up mogul and mother of two.
As she turns 25, Kylie looks a world away from what she did when she first hit our screens on Keeping Up With The Kardashians in 2007.
Antonia Mariconda, the founder of Safety in Beauty, a UK organisation founded to raise awareness of unsafe activities within aesthetics, told the Daily Star that Kylie's physical transformation is "almost certainly" unnatural.
She said: “When you compare Kylie Jenner’s face from 10 years ago, to what she looks like today she is almost unrecognisable, and that transformation almost certainly goes beyond ‘natural maturing’."
Alongside a group of other aesthetic professionals, Antonia has given us the breakdown of exactly what procedures Kylie has likely had done, and when she had them.
Kylie Jenner 2007 – 2014
Kylie was just a child when she first entered the public spotlight on Keeping Up With The Kardashians in 2007, and before her dramatic transformation, she looked pretty similar to her sister Kendall Jenner.
Antonia said: “As a young child, Kylie looked a lot like Kendall. They both had a similar facial structure, and the same features which is to be expected as they both share the same mother and father.”
But Antonia believes that Kylie began feeling the pressure at a young age, as she explained: “Kylie has been very vocal about feeling an intense amount of pressure growing up in the spotlight, which I believe to be the catalyst in her dramatic transformation.
"It’s no secret that Kris Jenner favours her children based on who earns more, and in the early episodes of the show it does seem that Kylie was fighting for attention.”
Between 2012 and 2014 is when Kylie's appearance first began a dramatic transformation.
The reality star started to experiment with new hair colours and finding her individual style.
But Stephanie Ness, director at Ness Aesthetics, thinks this is when Kylie also started to undergo some cosmetic procedures.
She told us: “Besides the colourful hairstyles, I think it’s around this time that Kylie started to experiment with dermal fillers, and other cosmetic treatments.
"Her lips are starting to look a little fuller than they had in previous years, and they continue to grow.”
Initially, Kylie denied all of the claims that she'd had lip fillers in 2014, but a year later she admitted that she'd had them done.
Kylie Jenner 2015 – 2018
In 2015, Kylie created more controversy after she admitted to being dishonest about her lip fillers, but despite this, she decided to cash in on her famous pout by launching her $29 lip kits, which sold out within a minute.
Antonia said: “Around this time, Kylie starts to look less like her real sister Kendall, and more like her half-sister Kim Kardashian. Now, despite denying all claims of cosmetic work, the transformation Kylie has undergone goes far beyond natural ageing.”
Harley Street cosmetic surgeon Dr Kay thinks that Kylie also had a nose job during this time.
He said: “Besides the dermal fillers, I do believe that Kylie Jenner underwent a rhinoplasty around this time as well. Whilst she, like her sister, has always had a small nose, I believe it has been shaved down slightly, and the tip has been narrowed.
Dr Kay also believes that Kylie might have had jaw surgery in 2016 after her face took on a sharper appearance.
He added: "I also see signs of jaw surgery around this time as well. In the early years, Kylie had a lovely heart-shaped face with an angular jawline, but around 2016 this all began to change. Her jawline now appears to be a lot longer, and sharper.
"Now, this could be down to her having her jawline shaved, or perhaps even some implants.”
After a certain amount of filler, it's natural for the lips to become weighed down, but that didn't seem to be the case for Kylie during this time.
Dr Kay explained how she likely prevented it, saying: "I think around this time Kylie underwent a lip lift procedure, which simply shortens the space between the nose and the top of the lip, to increase the amount of visible pink tissue and make the lips appear fuller.
"Now, if you look at Kylie’s eyes, I believe she has undergone an upper and lower blepharoplasty procedure to remove excess fat around the eyes and lift them to make them appear larger and more almond-shaped.
"To add to that more upswept look we see on Kylie today, she may have also undergone a brow lift, and a ‘foxy eye lift’ to give her a more upturned, cat-eye effect."
Kyle Jenner 2018 – 2022
In 2018 Kylie took a step away from the spotlight and after months of speculation, she confirmed that she had given birth to her first child, Stormi Webster.
After this, Kylie's lips appeared significantly less fuller and Stephanie explains that this was probably down to the pregnancy.
She said: “After she had given birth, we noticed that her lips appeared a lot less overfilled, which I attribute to her pregnancy. During pregnancy, we advise you to avoid any form of Botox and dermal filler as it may interfere with blood flow."
In 2019, Kylie Jenner was controversially named the youngest self-made billionaire and alongside her undeniable fame, Kylie's appearance continued to change.
The beauty mogul started to take on the unnatural-looking ‘slim-thick’ figure that several of her sisters have showcased.
Antonia claims that this is almost impossible to achieve naturally, sayinf: “This slim-thick body trend has become the Hollywood standard nowadays thanks to social media. The problem is it is naturally almost impossible to achieve that look without any surgical interventions.”
Dr Kay agrees, adding that Kylie is likely to have undergone an "extremely dangerous" procedure to get her curvy look.
He said: “Firstly, I believe Kylie may have undergone a breast augmentation to increase her cup size. Next, to achieve that perfect hourglass figure, I believe she has undergone liposuction to help remove excess body fat from certain areas of the body, and a tummy tuck procedure to sculpt her figure.
"I also believe has undergone the popular, yet extremely dangerous Brazilian Butt Lift procedure which uses fat transfer from other areas of the body to sculpt and lift the buttocks.
"This is an incredibly dangerous procedure and is known to have the highest fatality rate of any cosmetic procedure.”
