Harry Styles' gig in Copenhagen has been cancelled following the death of several people at a shooting nearby.

Multiple fans have taken to Twitter to share the news of the cancelled show as they left the venue.

Those who were in attendance of the concert have revealed that they were sent home and escorted out after previously being informed that the show would just be delayed.

The news of the cancellation follows a police update which revealed that several people had died following the shooting in a shopping mall in Denmark, just minutes away from where Harry was due to play.

The concert, due to take place at the Royal Arena in Copenhagen, was shut down.

Taking to Twitter, those in attendance wrote of the news online with one user writing: "Last minute update: Harry Styles concert is cancelled in Copenhagen due to shootings in a mall nearby."

Another said: "Harry Styles Copenhagen is cancelled and they're escorting us out apparently."
