Helen Flanagan has announced the death of her Grandma in a tear-jerking tribute on social media.
The 31-year-old, who shares Matilda, six, Delilah, three, and 13-month-old son Charlie with footballer Scott Sinclair, revealed the heartbreaking news via Instagram.
The former Coronation Street star shared a few sweet snaps of her Nanna, Nancy, cuddling her children and penned to her 1 million followers: "My Nanna passed away this week. I loved and love my Nanna so much."
The actress added that her Nanna was "an amazing lady" and that she was "proud to be Nancy's granddaughter."
The I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! star movingly wrote: "I am so grateful for the precious times we shared and that my Nanna got to see all three of my beautiful children that my Nanna loved so much and gave her so much joy.
The TV star went on to say that she has "the best childhood memories, holiday memories and memories with [her] babies" which she is "so grateful for."
Concluding the post, Helen penned: “I wish I could see and give her one last cuddle and tell her how much I loved her but I think she knew.”
In one of the sweet snaps, Helen's mother Julia can be seen out for a walk with Nancy and one of Helen's daughters while in another, Nancy can be seen cradling one of Helen's children when they were newborn.
Helen's comments were inundated with support from her Coronation Street co-stars who gave their condolences.
Helen's on-screen mum Sally Dynevor, wrote: “Oh Helen I’m so sorry. Love to you and the family family.”
Michelle Keegan said: "So sorry for your loss Hels."
Katie McGlynn added: “Sending so much love my darling.”
Brooke Vincent commented: "Oh Helen! I'm so sorry!! Love you lots and lots!"
Meanwhile, friends and fans of Helen's were quick to offer their love and support.
One user said: “So sorry for your loss, thinking of you, hold on to those beautiful memories."
Another wrote: "Sorry for your loss, your nanna would of definitely known how much you loved her."
Love Island's Kendall Rae Knight penned: "Oh Helen, sending you so much love."
The heartbreaking news comes shortly after Helen, who played Rosie Webster on the ITV soap, announced her children had Scarlet fever.
Alongside a picture of her middle child Delilah, Helen wrote: "All the kids have Scarlet fever x Glad to know what it is after Delilah not been herself and the medicine to treat it x."
