Inside Sue Cleaver’s marriage to husband Brian Owen as she’s axed from show

I'm A Celebrity's Sue Cleaver had a camp 'husband' in rugby ace Mike Tindall during her time in the jungle – but in the romantic department, she is also married in real life.

The Coronation Street actress – who was the latest celeb to be voted off the reality show – got together with Brian Owen in the early noughties.

They met when Brian was working behind the scenes of the soap as a lighting technician, and fell for each other.

Sue, who is best known for playing Eileen Grimshaw on the cobbles, went on to tie the knot with Brian.

And they now live happily together with their dog George Paws.

The actress, 59, was also married before she got together with Brian.

Brian has thrown his support behind the TV star for "being professional" and said she wasn't at all like her "gobby" Corrie character.

Brian recently told The Mirror that viewers were "seeing the Sue we know", who "thinks before she speaks".

Sue has now been able to leave the jungle at reunite with her partner, who she met while she was married previously.

She met James Quinn in 1991 and they were married to each other from 1993 and 2003. The pair also share a son named Elliot, who was born in 1998.

James is also an actor and has been in hit TV shows such as Emmerdale, Hollyoaks, Early Doors and Gentleman Jack.

The pair are thought to have remained on good terms since they went their separate ways and are friends with each other.

Sue and James even worked together a few years ago.

In 2009, the pair were both in a play called Marriages Made In Heaven.

At the time James told the Manchester Evening News: "It’s quite funny to be doing this with Sue.

"Although we got divorced, we get on well, but we haven’t acted together on stage since we first met in a play in 1991."

They also worked together four years ago when James landed a part in Corrie.
