It comes after she revealed she's lost a jaw-dropping 100lbs for the third time during her epic weight loss journey.
The pop star playfully placed her hand on her hip to let her sizzling body take centre stage on camera.
Topping off her leisurely look, she donned a stylish sunhat, a pair of circular shades and a lofty heeled sandals.
Catching up with her fans on Instagram, the With You hitmaker captioned the snap: "Adios Cabo San Lucas" with a sun-emoji.
Jessica has been enjoying her tropical family vacation in Cabo San Lucas – with her hubby Eric and their three children Maxwell, Ace and Birdie Mae.

She wrote: "I have gained and lost 100lbs 3x so I never thought this moment could or would happen, but I’m finally spring breakin’ wearin’ a BIKINI!!!!!!".
Speaking in her memoir, Open Book, Jessica revealed she went in for two tummy tucks in 2015, but disaster struck when she got an infection after the second procedure.
It meant she was rushed to hospital for nine days.

Jessica admitted: "I wanted to get rid of the stretch marks and loose skin left sagging from my back-to-back pregnancies.
"I was so ashamed of my body at this point that I wouldn’t let Eric see me without a white T-shirt on."
On the second procedure, Jessica said: "I got an infection — colitis — and was vomiting so much I thought I was going to bust my sutures. … Doctors talked seriously about me needing a blood transfusion."
