Katie Price sparks outrage as daughter, 8, wears makeup and pouts in new snap

Katie Price has received negative backlash from her online followers after she posted a photo of her daughter Bunny, 8, seemingly wearing makeup.

The 44-year-old has been receiving heat from fans as of late, after Bunny was allowed her very own YouTube channel.

But Katie's parenting skills appeared to be under fire yet again, after she posted a snap of Bunny with her hair wrapped in a towel and pouting her lips.

Captioning the pic, she wrote: "My stunning Bunny bops."

Heading straight to the comment section, Katie's fans shared their thoughts.

One social media user wrote: "She’s 8. She shouldn’t be described as 'stunning'. She’s a little girl."

Another penned: "A pouting child with make up on is completely inappropriate! Wow!"

While a third said: "Put the filters away, she's 8 for God sake. Who describes an 8-year-old as stunning."

But despite the negativity, some fans defended Katie's post.

One follower wrote: "Why all the mean comments? If you haven’t got anything nice to say then don’t say anything at all… weren’t you all taught that by your parents as a child?"

While another echoed: "All the haters have a day off eh!!! All little girls copy their mammy, they all want to wear makeup. She’s pouting as everyone on the telly does these days. This is completely normal it’s not illegal calm down!!"

Katie recently hit headlines after it was revealed that Bunny was seen lighting candles in her YouTube video which left her dad Kieran Hayler "fuming".

A number of clips feature the 8-year-old lighting candles with matches as she often "likes to pretend it's her birthday".

A source told The Mirror: "Kieran and Katie have had a massive argument about it.

"Kieran is absolutely fuming that Katie would let Bunny do this at such a young age."

"She's posted over 42 videos on her channel," they added. "Kieran is not impressed."

A representative for Kieran told The Mirror that it is in his "duty of care as the father" to uphold the safety of his children.

The statement also mentioned that Kieran, who shares Bunny and his son Jett, 9, with Katie, finds it "perplexing" that she's bring further attention to her children.
