Now, the former recruitment consultant sent fans wild after he reunited with his former flame and co-stars Tom Ellis, 23, and Samie Elishi, 22, for a delicious meal together.
The 26-year-old reality star took to his Instagram Story to show off their mouth-watering meal together with his loyal legion of fans online.
As Casey panned the camera around the table, Claudia, 28, could be seen giving him the middle finger while she took an important call at the table.
However, the beefcake made sure he had the last word after he cheekily captioned the short clip: “Pretending to be on the phone.”
Later on, the star posted a boomerang video of him and Tom toasting their drinks in the air to mark the quarterback’s birthday bash.
He later followed up the post with another clip of the entire restaurant singing Happy Birthday to the mortified Macclesfield striker as he sat with his head in his hands.
It comes after Tom informed loyal fans that Casey and Claudia are definitely not an item, with the pair remaining strictly friends after the show ended.

He told The Sun : “They’re just such good friends and I think because me and Samie are together and what happened with them in the villa, there is no awkwardness, they just get on so well.
“I know you see stuff, like they’re pictured together but they just get on so well as friends which is nice. It’s great to still have that friendship with them as well.
“Since coming out of the villa, they were a couple in the villa they got on so well, but they’re both adults and can both make their own decision.
“We can go out as a four as friends anyways, so to us nothing ever changed,” he explained.
