Love Island’s Tasha and Andrew hint at proposal weeks after leaving villa

Tasha Ghouri and Andrew Le Page might be weeks into their relationship after leaving Love Island but they're not wasting any time.

The couple who came fourth on the ITV2 reality show have hinted that a proposal could be on the cards and Tasha has softened up to the idea of children.

Previously, Andrew, 27, had explained he would propose in four years following their final date in the villa, inspired by Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker's engagement.

He insists this is no longer the case as his timeline has sped up as they prepare to spend the rest of their lives together.

Speaking to OK! Magazine about a potential marriage after donning outfits inspired by Kourtney and Travis, Tasha, 23, said: "For sure, it was fun to be in the wedding outfits and you never know, it might be real soon."

Meanwhile, her boyfriend added: "We'll see, obviously we've got a little while yet but it felt good to dress up.

"Our final date was amazing so when it comes to the proposal, I'm going to have to step it up a lot more."

Reflecting on his initial decision to wait four years before proposing, Andrew explained his timeline has now sped up, adding: "Yeah I'm not going to lie it has, definitely.

"I love everything about Tasha, I don't think I'll be waiting four years if it carries on like this."

Overjoyed by this news, Tasha continued: "It's very much going in the right direction, we're literally two peas in a pod.

"We've got a lot stronger, I think not having the pressure of being in the villa, the cameras or being around people has really taken the pressure off."

While Tasha had initially said she didn't want children, Andrew confirmed that this is no longer the case as she has found the "right person".

Meanwhile, it has since emerged that Tasha and Andrew almost walked out of the famous villa after the "pie-gate" incident.

More than 1,500 viewers complained to Ofcom after the Snog, Marry, Pie challenge, which saw Dami Hope and Luca Bish target Tasha.

While the boys eventually apologised – with viewers thinking they were pushed to by producers – Tasha has admitted she and Andrew almost left the show because of the hate.

The Thirsk native said: "I knew I was gonna get pies, I was ready for it, but it was more about the comments after that, there's a level of banter and there's [that]."

Tasha added to The Sun: "It was a lot – I felt backed into a corner, it's such an intense environment and hard to escape, you're stuck in there together, I was ready to walk out."
