Meghan ‘wants superhero acting role’ so she’s ‘remembered’, expert claims

A royal commentator has claimed that Meghan Markle is considering a return to the world of acting – and has her eye on a “superhero role.”

Before she joined the Royal Family when she married Prince Harry in May 2018, Meghan had found fame as an actress in popular US TV series Suits.

In the drama, the Californian played Rachel Zane – a lawyer at a large firm in New York.

When the now-Duchess of Sussex took on royal duties, she stepped away from her acting career, instead supporting the royals’ charitable initiatives.

But, now free from those obligations having departed from her royal role when she moved to the US with Harry last year, royal commentator Neil Sean has claimed Meghan may return to her acting life once again.

“Apparently, according to this very good source, Meghan would like to return to acting, and would particularly like to look at a superhero-type role,” Neil claimed, speaking on his YouTube channel.

“She sees these as the way forward, the sort of things that get kids at an early age, and you sort of age with them, because once they like you as a child, they remember you forever.

“I’m not quite sure how this will pan out for Meghan but, truly, it's not something that she’s laid to rest yet.

“She did tell someone recently that she wasn’t quite done with acting and she wished it could have ended in a different way.

“Of course, when you’re in a big TV show like that, you do get offered movie roles, and we truly don’t know what sort of roles Meghan was being offered at that point."

Neil did observe however, that these reports were “unconfirmed”, and that Harry and Meghan have been linked to a number of projects since crossing over the pond.

Since setting up their charitable Archewell foundation, the couple have signed lucrative deals with streaming giants Netflix and Spotify.

More recently, the Sussexes were mocked by one royal biographer, as they announced they would be becoming “impact partners” at a sustainable investment firm.
