The Met Gala has returned to New York City, which means the hottest fashion event of the year is back in action.
Vogue's glamorous annual gala returned to New York's Metropolitan Museum of Art again on Monday night (May 2).
The glitzy red carpet event sees the biggest names in showbiz descend upon the gala in dazzling outfits and this year the theme is Gilded Glamour and White Tie.
The prestigious showcase is widely considered the 'Super Bowl' of celebrity red carpets, but last year's show had to be moved to September due to the pandemic.
This year's star-studded exhibition is hosted by power couple Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively, as well as Regina King and Lin-Manuel Miranda.
Daily Star have rounded up the hottest celebrity red carpet looks from Anna Wintour's iconic fashion extravaganza.
Kim Kardashian
Kim Kardashian never fails to break the internet with her show-stopping red carpet looks, and it's clear this year was no different.
The whole Kardashian-Jenner family were invited to the annual gala including Kim, Khloe and Kourtney, as well as Kendall and Kylie Jenner.
Momager Kris Jenner was the first to arrive, in a stunning light-yellow gown with bejewelled with stones towards the bottom.

She confirmed to Vogue that all six of her daughters were on their way.
Kourtney was next to arrive in a Tom Browne-designed outfit alongside musician fiance Travis Barker, although she admitted to Vogue that she hadn't really thought about the Gilded Glamour theme.
Kourtney also revealed that Kim would arrive after the rest of her sisters as she was getting dressed in secret.
Khloe donned an all-gold Moschino-designed dress, draped in shiny tassels that glistened in the red carpet's bright lights.
Her dyed-blonde her was styled down in a wet style and she completed the look with some long black gloves.
It was actually Khloe's first Met Gala appearance after years of snubs, also marking the first time that all the Kardashian-Jenner women attended.
Kylie arrived in one of the more bizarre outfits of the evening.
The model wore a wedding-style dress with short sleeves, complete with a veil, as well as a white snap back cap.
Her and sister Kendall went for opposing looks as the latter arrived in an all-black gown.
She wore her signature brunette locks loose and down which seemed to mirror her incredibly long trailing dress.
Kylie is still yet to reveal the name of her son, who she welcomed with rapper Travis Scott earlier this year.
They announced the birth on February 2, initially saying the newborn was called Wolf.
The make-up mogul wrote on Instagram on March 21: "FYI our son’s name isn’t Wolf anymore."
Kim eventually arrived in a stunning, sleek golden gown alongside comedian boyfriend Pete Davidson.
The reality star wore her blonde locks up in a tight bun, while Pete wore a classic black suit, white shirt and black tie along with sunglasses making him look like he'd come straight out of Men In Black.
Kim completed her look with some sharp sparkling earrings and a crisp white overcoat.
Speaking to Vogue, Kim revealed that the dress was the same one worn by Marilyn Monroe when she performed Happy Birthday Mr President to John F Kennedy.
Blake Lively & Ryan Reynolds
It's clear Met Gala hosts Blake and Ryan took the dress code seriously, because the Hollywood pair looked a million dollars on the carpet.
Blake stepped out in a stunning floor-length gown, opera gloves and a tiara, an outfit which perfectly matched the Gilded Age theme.
The Gilded Age was an industrialisation era spanning from 1870 to 1900, where women tended to wear the likes of ornate gowns and corsets.
She was arm-in-arm with her Deadpool star hubby Ryan Reynolds, who looked suave in a black and white tuxedo combo.
Billie Eilish
Pop star Billie Eilish told Vogue's livestream that her jaw-dropping outfit, designed by Gucci, was made entirely from reused materials.
The 20-year-old Bad Guy singer wore her black hair up with a tight green corset set and trailing gold dress.
She accessorised the floral-themed outfit with a black choker and some glam jewellery.
Billie first gained public attention in 2015 with her debut single Ocean Eyes.
Brooklyn Beckham & Nicola Peltz
Newly-weds Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz were another showbiz power couple to arrive on the red carpet tonight.
The pair tied the knot in front of close family and friends at the $103million (£76m) Peltz family compound in Palm Beach, Florida, on April 9.
Tonight, Nicola donned an eye-catching, strapless pink gown which trailed from her arms down to the ground.
Beau Brooklyn opted for a smart and suave all-white suit, matched with an unbuttoned white shirt and accessorised with some glitzy necklaces.
Elon Musk
The world's richest man Elon Musk did not look out of place among the glitz and glamour of the red carpet.
The Tesla CEO and new boss of Twitter donned a classic black dinner suit with a smart white shirt and waistcoat.
Musk recently secured a $44billion (£35billion) takeover of the social media site.
He has vowed to defend free speech on the site and free it from the shackles of "woke" bosses.
Emma Stone
Described by Variety as "the epitome of grace and glamour", actress Emma Stone wowed in an all-white frock which ended with some feathers just above her knees.
She matched the stunning number with some tall, white heels.
The American-born star rose to fame in films such as Easy A and Zombieland before going on to act in Hollywood smash hits La La Land and Cruella.
Stormzy
UK rap legend Stormzy turned up in a Burberry-designed suit, opting for all-white like Brooklyn and Emma.
The Grime star seemed slightly star-struck as he told Vogue's livestream that he was gunning for selfie's with some of the world's biggest celebs.
Stormzy rose to fame in 2014 with his Wicked Skengman series of freestyles before blowing up after the release of Shut Up.
Kate Moss
Fashion icon Kate Moss strutted her stuff on the red Met Gala carpet in a dashing black dress with huge suit-like lapels.
The British supermodel wore her signature blonde locks loose and accessorised with long earrings and a sparkling necklace.
Her daughter Lila Grace Moss-Hack, whom she shares with Jefferson Hack, was also in attendance.
