The much younger girlfriend of Nick Knowles has opened up about their unconventional relationship.
Katie Dadzie, 33, a successful businesswoman, has been dating the handsome TV presenter for the past two years but the pair don’t live together and she has kept her independence – the secret to their happy coupling, she said.
Katie revealed that Nick, 60, has a “Peter Pan complex” and “acts like a teenage boy”. She also said that she acts older than her years, so “it works out” and gushed about how much energy her older beau has.

They met at a play centre three years ago and their children knew each other.
And despite not being keen initially, Katie said they went for coffee and discovered they had loads in common, including a love of cooking and history.
Speaking to the Sun on Sunday, she said: “We’re really happy and support each other with kids and our work lives. He’s a really lovely person. We have separate homes, which I think works for our relationship.
“We try to see each other as much as possible but allow time apart for work and kids.
Katie added: “I’ll travel to visit him on location when he is filming away with work. It suits us.”
Katie is mum to Savannah, eight, and Alex, five, from a previous relationship. Nick has three grown-up kids from his first marriage and an eight-year-old son, Eddie, from his second marriage.
Katie said she is really shy and quiet while Nick is more outgoing. But he’s a “really lovely guy” as he’s constantly bombarded by fans but is always patient and kind enough to stop for a snap.
The pair aren’t engaged but Nick gave Katie a stunning “commitment ring” on her birthday. When asked if marriage is on the cards, Katie, who runs an online lactation aid business, said she “didn’t know”.
She added: “We complement each other really well. And his thoughtful gifts show his commitment to me.”
When the pair first started seeing each other, nasty trolls accused Katie of being a gold digger. However, Nick was quick to jump to her defence and claimed she was actually “wealthier and more successful than him”.
He said at the time: “I get upset when they come for people that I care about. Normally I never comment back to the trolls, but on one occasion, when people were a little bit judgmental, I was angry on Katie’s behalf.”
