“What an amazing Father’s Day to you, congratulations to you all,” a third fan posted.
While someone else said: “Huge congratulations – just beautiful!”
It comes as the Doctor Who actor revealed that sexual misconduct allegations arose from 20 different women had left him “suicidal” and carrying a knife in his pocket.
The actor was suspended by BAFTA after the allegations came to light, with networks including Sky and ITV distancing themselves from the actor after The Guardian acquired allegations from the 20 women.
The allegations were of “verbal abuse, bullying and sexual harassment”, The Guardian reported.
Clarke always “vehemently” denied the accusations, releasing a public apology to the individuals involved.
The police are not launching a criminal investigation into the allegations.
He said that the allegations of misconduct “made it clear to me that some of my actions have affected people in ways I did not intend or realise.”
He added: “To those individuals, I am deeply sorry.
"I will be seeking professional help to educate myself and change for the better.”
But the allegations have left him and his family financially “running on fumes”, Noel told MailOnline – and left Clarke battling suicidal thoughts.
He explained that he kept a souvenir hunting knife he’d bought 20 years ago in his pocket, planning to cut his own throat.
He told the publication that it was his 11-year-old child who stopped him, explaining: “I needed to do something unsurvivable. I was reaching for a book and the knife fell out of my pocket.
“My 11-year-old said, ‘Daddy, why have you got that?’ I said, ‘It’s just to pick the dirt out of my nails’.”
Clarke added that the “ordinariness” of the exchange “snapped him out of it”, confessing: “Up to that point, I had been waiting for the right moment to kill myself […] my mind was destroyed.”
Noel said he and his wife didn’t dare to tell anyone about their new baby initially.
Speaking on the allegations, Clarke admitted to making “saucy” comments and talked about sex at work – but said those conversations didn’t “warrant the destruction of [his] life.”
He added that he believed the conversations were “mutual”.
