Rita Ora has reportedly decided to relocate permanently to Los Angeles despite spending £7.5million on a six-bedroom mansion in North London almost a year ago.
The singer is uprooting and looking forward to a fresh start in LA, following the controversy over her Covid rule-breaking 30th birthday bash in November last year.
According to The Sun, Rita left the UK shortly after the incident took place and hasn't returned since.
The 30-year-old previously flew to Bulgaria to shoot a music video. Not long after this, Rita spent several months in Australia where she had been filming the Australian version of The Voice.
While abroad the R.I.P singer met her current boyfriend, Kiwi film director Taika Waititi.
Earlier this summer the couple flew to LA and it is believed they are now planning to make a new life together in America.
Speaking on this further, a close source said: "Rita snapped up her London pad with plans to keep it as her main home.

After her rule breaking party that took place in November, Rita issued a heartfelt apology to fans.
During the time Rita's party took place Britain was under strict guidelines. Restaurants and pubs were only allowed to be open for takeaway and delivery only.
Meanwhile people were not allowed to mix indoors or outside in groups larger than six.
Hitmaker Rita's statement that was posted on social media read: "Hello all, I attended a small gathering with some friends to celebrate my 30th birthday.
"It was a spur of the moment decision made with the misguided view that we were coming out of lockdown and this would be OK… I’m deeply sorry for breaking the rules and in turn understand that this puts people at risk."
She added: "This was a serious and inexcusable error of judgement.
Given the restrictions, I realise how irresponsible these actions were and I take full responsibility .
"I feel particularly embarrassed knowing first-hand how hard people have worked to combat this terrible illness and being fully aware of the sacrifices that people and businesses have made to help keep us all safe.
"Even though this won’t make it right, I want to sincerely apologise."
