Rylan tweeted: "3 men on a crane have just seen me naked in my hotel room…. Morning boys," followed by an awkward-face emoji.
He then continued to make an x-rated joke as he added: "Their erection was bigger than mine."
The star has been updating his fans on his time in Liverpool for the Eurovision Song Contest, including his journey to the city after his train from London was suspended.
Disruption due to engineering work affected the trains on April 30, with Rylan tweeting: "All trains suspended at Euston you cannot be serious. This is how I perish."
However, the BBC Radio 2 presenter later joked: "EUSTON WE HAVE A PROBLEM,' before sharing snaps of himself with a glass of red wine at the train station – along with sharing a selfie of himself with other passengers who had been stranded.
Rylan eventually made it to Liverpool and shared his delight after discovering a karaoke machine had been left in his hotel room.
"So, I've just got to my hotel and they've f*****g put a karaoke machine in my f*****g room. I just wanna apologise to every other guest but… da da da da da da, hey!" he wrote on Twitter.
Rylan and Scott Mills will take to the airwaves to provide commentary on BBC Radio 2 for the Eurovision Song Contest grand final, which will be broadcast live from the M&S Bank Arena on Saturday May 13, 2023.
Speaking ahead of the Eurovision Song Contest, Rylan said: "Eurovision is my favourite time of the year, I cannot wait! And I’m so excited and absolutely buzzing to be hosting the Eurovision Grand Final on Radio 2, the biggest and best music event in the world, with my partner-in-crime Scott Mills.
"We can’t wait to bring listeners closer to the action than ever before, with all the fun, excitement and backstage gossip from what promises to be an unforgettable night."
