When it comes to steamy sex scenes Sharon Stone is the first Hollywood actress that springs to mind.
Despite starring in numerous movies during the 80s, it wasn't until 10 years later that the legendary star would propel to fame and become one of the most iconic pinups of all time.
In 1990, Stone attracted a lot of attention wearing a flimsy bandeau sports bra while appearing alongside hunk Arnold Schwarzenegger in Total Recall.
Just two years later, Sharon achieved tremendous sex symbol status after she'd landed the role of Catherine Tramell in the erotic thriller Basic Instinct that took her popularity to new heights.
Little did she know at that time, that her career and body would take a streamy trajectory after.
From the famous no knickers scene to steamy shower scenes, Daily Star has got it all as we celebrate her 63rd birthday.
Total Recall
Sharon looked hotter than ever as she paraded her killer curves in a flimsy Barbie pink sports bra alongside Arnold Schwarzenegger in the sci-fi hit film Total Recall.
The science fiction action film, directed by Dutch screenwriter Paul Verhoeven, follows Douglas Quaid, played by Arnie, who has a reoccurring dream about visiting Mars.
When an opportunity arises to take a holiday to the faraway planet, he leaps at the chance of jetting off.
Stone plays his ridiculously sexy wife Lori and dazzles in scantily-clad attire, before their romance takes a bizarre course that sees her explain their marriage is a false memory implant.

Things really began to spice up for the Hollywood actress when she landed the role of Catherine Tramell in Box Office smash Basic Instinct.
Not only did the movie cause much controversy because Stone had completely exposed her nether-region in the famous leg-crossing scene, but the film also featured one of the filthiest three-way scenes ever, when the bisexual murder suspect's girlfriend Roxy, played by Leilani Sorell, joins in.
Back in 2006, Stone admitted that she didn't have any idea her privates would be fully exposed in the film until she saw it alongside a packed movie theatre.
She told Piers Morgan on his CNN Tonight Show that she was left "shocked" and "embarrassed" when director Paul Verhoeven – who Stone had worked with in the past – had led her to believe that only a "shadow" of her crotch region would be aired.
Stone said: "He had told me when we shot the scene that the light was reflecting off of my underwear, and that if I took off my underwear, there would be a shadow, that we wouldn't see my pubic hair, as we do in the film, where everybody keeps claiming they see my vagina.

"He screened the movie with me publicly with many people in a room. He didn't give me a chance to see it, digest it.
"I think more I was just so shocked and I was embarrassed not to be able to process it alone with him than I was so horrified."
However surprising the moment was, Stone did believe the scene had been good for the film.
She added: "Because I agree that it was very, very good for the movie. But I didn't have the chance to process it individually and get my brain around it."
Silver
The "erotic" murder thriller Silver saw Sharon take centre stage as the main character Carly Norris, just one year later.
Stone's character enters into a frisky sexual relationship with another tenant in her apartment block Zeke – played by William Baldwin.
The original murderous thriller film was supposed to be a lot more erotic that lead to rumours swirling that William had also gone full frontal originally.
After being dished an initial NC-17 rating, sex scenes were toned down tremendously and made to be a lot less graphic.
In true Sharon Stone fashion, of course, she was completely topless in at least one scene.
The Specialist
With Stone's career trajectory taking a different tact she now found herself very in demand for thriller style films – especially those with explicit romping scenes.
One year later, the award winning actress struck up another hot role in The Specialist – this time joining forces with a very muscular co-star Sylvester Stallone.
The film contains one extremely steamy shower scene that certainly left fans with jaws on the floor as the pair undress before getting hot bothered.
Casino
In 1995, Stone played the role of the beautiful hustler, dancer, and former prostitute Ginger McKenna.
With her stunning good looks and scantily-clad attire, it's no wonder that Ginger captures the wandering eye of gambling expert Sam – the legendary Robert De Niro.
Throughout the production, Stone oozes glamour as she wows in a number of figure-hugging and skimpy garments captivating not only the attention of Sam but his best pal Nicky too.
Needless to say, Sam and Ginger's marriage soon hits the rocks after she schemes to kill him!
Catwoman
In 2004, Stone proved she was still a sexy timeless bombshell, coming up against sex symbol Halle Berry as Catwoman.
The red hot duo certainly caused quite a stir, with Halle rocking all leather attire and Stone flashing the flesh in a striking laced style negligee.
Stone took on the evil role of Laurel who attempts to frame Patience Philips – aka Catwoman – for the murder of her own husband and Dr Slavicky.
In the film, the former model turned A-lister showcased a brand new image, keeping her ordinary blonde locks but opting for a sassy chop.
