Stephen Bear has been found guilty in his revenge porn trial following a trial at Chelmsford Crown Court.
The jury of nine men and three women have found Stephen Bear guilty of disclosing private sexual images/films of Georgia Harrison and also found him guilty of voyeurism.
Bear showed no reaction to the verdicts as they were handed down, while his accuser, TOWIE star Georgia Harrison, 27, also remained composed by the news as she sat in court with her mother.
He has been released on bail and will be sentenced on January 31, 2023.
The 32-year-old reality star was accused of secretly filming himself having sex with Georgia without her consent and posting it on adult sites OnlyFans and Porn Hub.
The jury returned unanimous verdicts on the two counts of disclosing private sexual images and a majority of 10 to two on the count of voyeurism.
The Ex On The Beach star had previously denied all charges, including two counts of disclosing private sexual photographs or films, and one count of voyeurism.
The court previously heard Bear filmed himself having sex with Miss Harrison in his garden on August 2, 2020, on CCTV then shared the footage to subscription site OnlyFans on November 8.
Ms Harrison had insisted she never knew it would be recorded before having sex and that she asked Bear to "never to send" it to anyone.
She claimed the defendant uploaded the footage "either himself or had it uploaded to OnlyFans and profited financially".
Harrison told the court she had seen Bear send the footage to someone on WhatsApp later that day and that she realised it was circulating online later that year.
Georgia, who waived her automatic right to anonymity, gave evidence at the trial and said she wants justice for what happened to her and claims Bear told her he would "never" share the video.
Bear admitted Miss Harrison did not know she was being recorded when she had sex with him and agreed she had not consented to it being uploaded to the internet.
But he denied being responsible – and said he had not seen evidence the video was ever uploaded.
He was arrested in January 2021 at Heathrow Airport on arrival from a holiday in Dubai and charged in May that year.
The ex roofer, of Loughton, Essex, won Celebrity Big Brother in 2016 and co-presented Just Tattoo Of Us with Geordie Shore star Charlotte Crosby on MTV in 2017.
In a statement,Harrison said: ""The only way to describe how I am feeling now is relieved.
"The last two years have been absolute hell and this verdict will allow me to start to put the pain I have suffered in the past and start embracing the future.
"Bear’s behaviour was completely unacceptable and those who choose to commit such crimes should and will be prosecuted.
"We are living in a time where so much of our lives and our children’s lives are spent online and it is so important that individuals are protected in the virtual world just as they are in reality. Social media has given us the egalitarian belief that we are all publishers but what it hasn’t done is regulate what we should responsibly publish.
"I hope me taking a stand gives other men and women who have fallen victim to revenge porn the courage to seek justice and most importantly show them that they have absolutely nothing to be ashamed of.
"I have felt ashamed, hurt, violated, even broken at times but today I stand here feeling empowered, grateful and a huge sense of unity with all of those who have reached out to support me throughout this ordeal."
