Strictly’s Ellie Taylor has opened up about how the intense training for the BBC show has left her aching in places she “never knew” she had.
The comedian took to the dance floor on Saturday at the iconic Blackpool Ballroom Tower as the show returned there for the first time in two years.
Ellie and her partner Johannes Radebe, received a standing ovation for their American Smooth last night (November 19).

However bagging a spot at the famous Blackpool Tower, as well as a couple of tens from the judges, has come at a price for Ellie.
The 38-year-old recently admitted that the training sessions for the hit dancing show has taken its toll on her body.
“I am aching in places I never knew I had!” Ellie told OK Magazine.
“I said to Johannes yesterday, 'My boobs are aching!' He was like, 'You mean your pecs?' and I'm like, 'No, my boobs!''
Ellie also opened up about her experience with body confidence, saying it has been quite “tough” to face herself in the mirrored rehearsal studios.
“I’ve always felt quite physically awkward – gangly," she candidly revealed.
During last nights performance, viewers were left completely baffled after they overheard Ellie apologising to Johannes.
Ellie was heard saying sorry to him when the music stopped as they performed together in Blackpool.
She could be heard exclaiming: “Oh my god, I’m so sorry. I’m so sorry.”
Fans turned to Twitter to discuss what they’d heard and speculated what she could be apologising for.
One tweeted: “Why was Ellie repeatedly saying sorry to Johannes at the end of their dance then?”
Another concerned viewer added: “Did I just hear Ellie say ‘I’m so sorry’ to Johannes there?
An eagle-eyed viewer thought they’d spotted a blunder and told fellow fans that she “totally froze and forgot the routine right at the beginning” but was later “fine in Johannes arms”.
Another simply confirmed that they’d heard the “sorry” too, although they were “unsure why”.
Despite her mishap, Ellie clearly impressed the judges – although they did have some constructive criticism for the comedian.
Anton Du Beke told her that she should work on her neck placement while Craig Revel-Horwood joked that her arms were “Barbie doll-like”.
However, nothing was mentioned about her forgetting any moves or freezing at the beginning and she was later awarded a decent score of 31 out of 40.
