Interestingly, the ‘Twilight Saga’ star and his wife attend the concert on the day the pop singer releases ‘Speak Now (Taylor’s Version)’, which contains a song about her split from the actor.
AceShowbiz -When Taylor Dome took Taylor Lautner as her husband, she apparently accepted his past and his taste in music. The 31-year-old hunk has made sure that his wife is familiar with his ex-girlfriend Taylor Swift‘s music by taking his wife to the singer/songwriter’s “Eras Tour” concert.
On Friday, July 7, the “Twilight Saga” star and his wife Dome were seen attending the Grammy winner’s first day of the “Eras Tour” stop in Kansas City. In a video taken by a fellow concertgoer, the pair were seen walking in stride while being led by a security guard among the audience.
It’s unclear if they just arrived or were about to leave GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium when the fan caught the pair in the video. Lautner was seen flashing his arm muscles in a black short-sleeve T-shirt which he teamed with gray pants and white sneakers. He was carrying a phone in his hand and wore black sunglasses.
His wife, meanwhile, opted for a see-through top paired with blue jeans. She was holding onto Lautner’s hand while walking side-by-side.
Interestingly, Lautner and Dome attended the “Eras Tour” concert on the same day Swift released her “Speak Now (Taylor’s Version)”. The third album in the re-recording series, it features some breakup ballads, including “Back to December”, which is believed to be about her split from the actor.
Unlike many of her breakup songs, in “Back to December”, the 33-year-old sings about regretting dumping her ex-boyfriend. In an interview ahead of the “Speak Now (Taylor’s Version)” release, Lautner said that he had no qualms about it.
“I think it’s a great album. Yeah, I feel safe,” he told TODAY.com in May. The “Scream Queens” star cheekily added, “Praying for John,” referring to another of Swift’s famous exes John Mayer, whom she allegedly shades on the “Speak Now” track “Dear John”.
