The Wanted singer Tom Parker sent a heartfelt message to his beloved bandmates before his tragic and untimely death.
The beloved singer sadly passed away aged 33 after losing his battle with cancer – two years after being diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumour.
The star had previously undergone chemotherapy and radiotherapy in a bid to prolong his life.
However, in his final social media post, the pop star paid a sweet tribute to his fellow bandmates – calling them the "Dream Team".
Taking to Instagram on Monday (March 28), Tom shared a heartwarming snap which showed him up on stage with the boys – a powerful pic of the special moment he joined them at one of their gigs during their greatest hits tour.
In the photo, Tom could be seen sitting on a custom throne next to his pals Max George, Nathan Sykes, Jay McGuiness and Siva Kaneswaran.
Tom's Wanted pals shared the love in the comment section, with Mag commenting a series of love-heart emojis on the photo.
Tom had been using a wheelchair after undergoing treatment for his brain tumour, but it certainly didn't stop him dazzling the crowd.
Parker had been forced to miss the start of the group's Most Wanted tour as he went in for treatment in Spain.
The heartbreaking news of Tom's passing was confirmed by his wife Kelsey, who shared a series of snaps of the star.
She wrote: "It is with the heaviest of hearts that we confirm Tom passed away peacefully earlier today with all of his family by his side.

"Our hearts are broken, Tom was the centre of our world and we can't imagine life without his infectious smile and energetic presence of him."
The mum-of-two added: "We are truly thankful for the outpouring of love and support and ask that we all unite to ensure Tom's light continues to shine for his beautiful children. Thank you to everyone who has supported him in his care throughout, he fought until the very end. I'm forever proud of you."
Speaking about Tom's health struggles, bandmate Nathan told Daily star that the emotional situation had 'brought the band together'.
He said: "It's emotional, for Tom to be able to come through his treatment, which is ongoing, then get on stage in front of thousands of people was the most amazing moment for all of us.

Max added: "Tom's situation has brought us all together to be there for him, and we have a bond as friends and brothers before the band now.
"When we go out on stage we are still 'the band' – but when we come off there is a difference."
The singer revealed news of his tumour back in October 2020, telling fans doctors had informed him he was suffering a grade four glioblastoma tumour deemed as "the worst-case scenario".
He is survived by his wife Kelsey and their children, Aurelia, and son Bodhi who was born in November, just weeks after his tragic diagnosis.
