Tom Parker left thousands to widow Kelsey after death despite not making will

The Wanted star Tom Parker reportedly left £70k to widow Kelsey after his tragic death – without writing a will.

The singer sadly died on March 30 last year aged just 33 following a brave 18-month battle with a terminal brain tumour.

The beloved hitmaker left behind his loving wife Kelsey, 32, and their two children Aurelia, three, and Bodhi, two.

And now, a year on and it has been reported that Tom passed on a net value of £71,500 in his estate.

However, his entire estate had a gross value of £835,500.

This meant that when he died in March 2022, he had £764,000 in liabilities, such as debts, funeral expenses and mortgages.

And without a will in place, all of the singer's estate was passed onto his beloved wife Kelsey.

It comes after Kelsey opened up about how she believes Tom has been in touch with her from beyond the grave.

Speaking to the Daily Star, she said: “I feel Tom’s presence all the time. This month he’s been with me a lot.

“I ask him for signs and he gives me them. He strokes my face when I’m asleep.

“And I’ll see feathers everywhere. It happened when I went to the park the other day. There were feathers on the floor. No one else noticed them but I did.”

Kelsey has been through hell over the past year and bringing up their two children Aurelia, three, and Bodhi, two, while dealing with grief has been the biggest challenge of her life.

But the sense that Tom is with her has provided a much-needed boost.

She admitted: “Feeling Tom is there helps me know that I’m doing the right thing. I’ll ask him if I’m doing the right thing for the kids and he’ll show me a sign.

“If you ask, they will show. But you have to ask out loud.”

Kelsey, 33, was sceptical about spirits before Tom’s death. But over the past year, that has all changed and she is in no doubt he has been around. Her newfound belief has been a lifeline during her darkest hour and helped her stay positive.

She says: “I am so spiritual now. You can just feel it. It has got me through this year.

“When you get put in this position, you find something, you have to find something to get you through it. Me finding spirituality has been that for me.”
