Former Celebs Go Dating star Nadia Essex has revealed the surprising way she found out her ex-boyfriend had been unfaithful to her.
Nadia, who acted as a dating guru on the popular TV show, responded to a stitch on TikTok to share her moment she knew her relationship was over.
In the clip, she says: "So my ex-boyfriend came home from a night out, I woke up in the morning and thought to make him some breakfast.
"And I got a notification on my FitBit – the FitBit that we had synced together – showed that between 2am and 3am last morning, he had burnt over 500 calories."
Unable to hold her anger, she decided to "shove that breakfast where the sun doesn't shine".
The clip has been seen thousands of times and have sparked a flurry of comments from viewers.
One said: "Oh my God who knew FitBit was so helpful in different ways."
"I was about to say he could have been dancing in a club but if you knew what he was really doing," a second added.
A third wrote: "I have been in two minds about getting a FitBit, guess who's on her way to get one ASAP."
