Ulrika Jonsson has confessed she walked around in the nude at home to show her kids that not all bodies were like what they might see in online porn.
The 54-year-old said she hoped it would make her children "value and cherish" bodies of all different shapes and sizes – and ages.
The former Gladiators icon explained: "If we don't start showing and sharing our bodies with our children, how will they ever understand just how unique they are? And that not everybody conforms to some textbook version of what they may have seen.
"And that not everybody is shaped like those they may have seen on internet porn."
The blonde beauty went on in her Sun column: "Whatever our children might know about nude bodies, they've probably picked up from porn, the internet or otherwise, whether we like the idea of it or not."
She said that it was her job to "free up their imagination" and tear down the walls they had made about nudity and sex.
Ulrika's confession comes after former Saturdays singer Frankie Bridge admitted she and her footballer husband Wayne are often naked in front of their kids.
Frankie, 33, shares sons Parker, eight, and Carter, six, with Wayne, 41, and she said they are "quite a naked family".
Speaking on Loose Women, the panelist said she doesn't see an issue with it, but would cover up if her kids said they had a problem with it.
She said: "Parker sometimes, I can see, might feel a bit uncomfortable, so I would cover up. So I just go from their cues.
"But I remember growing up and seeing my parents run to and from the bathroom and I didn't think twice about it.
"Hopefully I would make them feel comfortable in that way."
She went on to say she hoped it would make them feel comfortable with their bodies when they grew older and got into relationships.
