Wes Nelson has got another thing under his belt after starring in reality TV, heading on stage for his music career – and now he's launching a new booze brand.

The reality star turned singer, 24, has exclusively shared the exciting news with the Daily Star.

Talking about his new launch, Wes told us: "I'd been approached by a lot of companies in the past to collaborate with them, and being honest the commercial side of things had been on the back burner for me for the past few years since I've been doing music.

"Now I want to move forward with things like that.

"And I thought, if I want to do something then I want to do it on my own and launch something by myself.

"It's an amazing product that is super low in calories and it will still get you drunk, so, what can I say?"

The former Love Island star and platinum-selling recording artist confessed he wanted to look into alcohol brands after spending so much time out and about with his busy schedule – and the low calorie benefit is a huge bonus.

He said: "If I'm drinking too many beers then I'm not the shredded man I once was – and I thought how can I get around it drinking on a night out, on stage, backstage, so we developed BadWater.

"It's a much healthier alternative to other types of alcohol and much more forgiving on the belly and it tastes great – it's just very me and fits around what I do so it just made sense."

Speaking on his boozy stories, Wes said: "I have too many none, that I can even remember – I've had many wild nights but I can't tell you any without ruining my life."

BadWater® Spirits Group has award-winning portfolio of RTD-premixed spirits and a pre-launch valuation of £1.8m.

Wes' booze brand is focusing on party-loving consumers who want a drink that offers "quality, value for money, status and lifestyle" but without a sugary, high-calorie content of a typical alcopop drink.

The Celebrity SAS star added: "We're doing something different to what else is out there and want to be disruptive and more laid back than other competitors."

The brand has a range of premium, premixed Vodka Seltzers, that are all low calorie with less than 100 calories per can, and are low sugar, zero carbs and zero fat and will be launching Tequila Sodas range early next year – which he is very excited about as an avid "tequila drinker".

BadWater is available in various stores nationally already, as well as directly through it's website badwaterdrinks.com and Amazon.
