Love Island's Zara McDermott was left very red-faced as she was forced to confirm to fans that she isn't pregnant with Made in Chelsea star Sam Thompson's baby.
The reality TV star shared a photo of a baby scan with the caption 'Our very own Love In The Flesh baby.'
She was then forced to backtrack and deny she was actually expecting, leaving her 1.6 million Instagram followers very confused.
Zara filmed BBC dating show Love In The Flesh in Greece earlier this year – and learned that one of the couples were now expecting a child.
Her teasing announcement was posted alongside a number of scans of the baby in the womb.
Zara had been inundated with messages over the announcement, which friends and fans thought was for her and partner Sam Thompson.
"I am NOT pregnant," she clarified. "I just didn't want to reveal who is pregnant from the show in case anyone hasn't watched it yet."
Zara then shared a "compilation" of messages she had received from friends who were left in a "panic" over her false baby news.
"Omg I was legit about to have a panic attack," one friend had written, as a second added: "This f***ing panicked me for a mo."
"F**k, I thought this was you and Sam then," a third added.
The baby blunder comes just days after Zara's boyfriend Sam, 29, who she met on Made In Chelsea, revealed that he's so ill he feels like he's 'dying' a flare up of his mystery stomach illness.
Zara took to Instagram to reveal that he underwent blood tests in hospital after struggling with a painful stomach issue.
She wrote: "Just put Sam back to bed…bless his heart he's so unwell again."
The reality TV stars have been together since 2019, apart from a brief split in 2020 when Zara admitted that she had cheated on him with music industry boss Brahim Fouradi while she was appearing on The X Factor: Celebrity.
The subsequent drama played out on Made In Chelsea, before Sam and Zara eventually reunited.
