Former Russian space chief says aliens are real and they study us ‘as bacteria’

The former director general of the Russian Roscosmos Space Agency reckons that aliens are real and that they study us “as bacteria”.

According to Dmitry Rogozin, advanced intelligent beings could well be out there – and they may well already be analysing life on Earth.

In an interview with state-owned news outlet Russia 24 in June of this year, Rogozin said he reckoned they could be looking at us while we have no idea they’re there.

Rogozin, who has also claimed that Russian scientists are currently studying UFO encounters, said: “If we talk about specific facts that maybe, in the history of humanity on Earth, there have been the so-called UFOs that NASA talks about, then I want to say that these studies were and are being done at our Academy of Sciences.

"The data is being collected and verified”.

“Thousands of factors could have contributed to the emergence of life anywhere in the universe. The ability of humanity to understand space is still restricted.

“We know the ‘Big Bang’ theory but what if this ‘Big Bang’ took place only within a certain part of the universe that is visible to us?

“There might be other worlds… as well as innumerable factors that could contribute to the emergence of life, including an intelligent one.”

He reckons that this intelligent life could well be looking at us already, How and Whys reports.

“We might be subject to some external observation… What we’re talking about usually took place during the first test fights”.

“I spoke with NASA; they are also supporters that perhaps we are an object of external observation.

“We can study bacteria, but we can also be studied as bacteria.”

In a similar move to the studie Rogozin claims have been happening in Russia, NASA has recently picked 16 people to take part in the studying of various UFO sightings beginning on Monday (October 24).

NASA’s new project will aim to increase understanding about unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP) with a report on the findings expected in the middle of 2023.

The associate administrator of the Science Mission Directorate at NASA Headquarters Thomas Zurbuchen said: “Exploring the unknown in space and the atmosphere is at the heart of who we are at NASA.

“Understanding the data we have surrounding unidentified aerial phenomena is critical to helping us draw scientific conclusions about what is happening in our skies.”
