A Turkish man has the world's longest nose, sticking out his face at a whopping 3.5 inches (8.8cm).
Mehmet Özyürek, 71, first gained the coveted crown from Guinness World Records 11 years ago.
The company announced today Mehmet has kept his nose out in front of all opposition, The Mirror reported.
His sniffer is still untouchable, with no living person taking his title.
Guinness World Records tweeted: "#OnThisDay in 2010 Mehmet Özyürek from Turkey was officially confirmed as our record holder for the longest nose on a living person.
"Mehmet's magnificent nose measures 8.8 cm (3.46 in) from the bridge to the tip."
Mr Özyürek's nozzle was measured on Italian TV show Lo Show dei Record back in 2010, crowning his beak as the world's biggest.
But the longest recorded nose in history belonged to Englishman Thomas Wedders.
The 18th century Yorkshireman's snout measured an incredible 7.5 inches (19cm).
Blog Weird Historian describes Wedders as a member of a "travelling circus", where he showed off his schnoz.
The circus travelled all over Yorkshire.
Lifesize waxworks of Thomas's giant nose can be found at Ripley's Believe It or Not museums all over the world.
Just this week the family of a man thought to have lived to 127 reached out to Guinness World Records about his amazing lifespan.
Natabay Tinsiew from Eritrea, Africa claimed to have been born in 1894.

And a few days ago a friendly golden retriever earned his name in the history books after smashing the world record for the most amount of tennis balls in his mouth at once.
Seven-year-old pooch Finley fit six tennis balls in his mouth at once.
Finley’s amazing feat means he’s beaten the previous record of five, which stood for 17 years and was made by another golden retriever from Texas, USA.
