Michael Jackson alive conspiracy erupts as lookalike ‘confirms’ theory

A Michael Jackson impersonator who bears an uncanny similarity to the King of Pop himself has sparked a fresh wave of bonkers claims the singer is still alive today.

The legendary singer died on June 25, 2009, but an ever-growing group of conspiracy theorists continue to bizarrely maintain MJ may still be alive to this day.

One person who often inadvertently ignites the conspiracy flames is Michael Jackton – an impersonator who looks practically identical to the man himself.

And his latest video posted to TikTok has sparked a new wave of comments that he is the real deal.

The footage shows Michael walking into a store in his iconic get-up, only for a customer to watch in shock.

“Omg, there is somebody in this store that looks just like Michael Jackson,” the stunned man exclaims.

The clip – seen more than 560,000 times in just one day – was mysteriously captioned: “Omg… still alive.”

But, while the impersonator was most likely joking, his message sparked a flurry of comments believing the theory.

“Oh, I knew it,” one wrote. “You’re alive, I love you Michael Jackson.”

Another commented: “Woah, are you alive?”

“I know it, he is alive,” a third said.

While a fourth continued: “No, MJ is still alive.”

But there were some voices of reason as well. One viewer pointed out the singer would be over 60 by now if he had not in fact died – far older than the man in the video looks.

Believers in the truly astonishing conspiracy theory claim MJ faked his demise to get away from his chaotic life.

Lookalikes such as Jackton are often used as “proof” for the bonkers belief.

Spanish impersonator Sergio Cortes is another to have had the “alive” treatment, with fans previously begging him to get a DNA test.
