Our psychic seagull Sid is backing England to beat Scotland in Friday night’s Battle Of Britain.
Snapper Dave Nelson gave the feathered mentalist the choice of English fish and chips or Scottish staple haggis, neeps, and tatties.
And he went straight for the cod – suggesting England will give the Auld Enemy a battering in tonight’s game at Wembley.
Sid’s pals on Blackpool beach – known to eat pretty much anything – also turned up their beaks at the delicacy from north of the border.
The highly scientific experiment will make grim reading for Steve Clarke and his Scotland team.
Plucky pundit Sid has a 100% record at Euro 2020 after correctly predicting that England would beat Croatia – by picking fish over lamb.
Sid isn’t the first animal oracle to predict the outcome of a major international tournament.
Probably the most famous is Paul the Octopus, whose uncannily accurate predictions in the 2010 World Cup brought him worldwide attention.
Professor David Spiegelhalter from Cambridge University said that Paul’s predictions were definitely better than flipping a coin. He pointed out that "other animals that have attempted but failed to predict the outcome of football matches" without Paul’s success.
Not only animals, but vegetables can be useful when it comes to predicting the outcomes of matches.
Jemima Packington, playfully known as Mystic Veg, tosses asparagus spears into the air and makes predictions based on the patterns they make when they land.
Jemima carried out a reading for Daily Star Sunday and said she could see three sticks of the crunchy veg crossed over.
She said: "I did my casting and from the way they landed I could see three crossed spears at the top of the bunch.
"That indicated to me straight away that the Three Lions will be bringing it home."
Jemima also had some good news for Wales, who she says would come top in their group.
She added that while she expected Scotland to do well, she was sure they wouldn’t win this time.
