A woman was accidentally poisoned on her birthday in a terrifying incident.
Erin Mims was out with her husband in Prospect Park, Brooklyn, USA. But having spent the evening celebrating, she returned to her car and found an unusual sight.
Someone had shoved a napkin in the door handle on the passenger side door of the car.

Removing it, Erin then returned to the restaurant to wash her hands on Tuesday (August 16).
She quickly realised something was wrong, however, when she returned to the car and started getting a “tingling” sensation in her hands.
She recalled: “Maybe [in] five minutes, my whole arm started tingling and feeling numb.
“I couldn’t breathe.
“I started getting hot flashes, my chest was hurting, my heart was beating really fast.”
Thankfully, her husband was on hand to drive her to a nearby hospital were she was given blood tests, had to give a urine sample and was given a CAT scan.
She was there for around six hours – and doctors had no idea what had happened to her or what the poison was.

Ms Mims, who took to Facebook to warn of the incident, said: “Just that little amount had me messed up, y’all, so just imagine if I would’ve grabbed it with my full hand.
“I probably could’ve been dead.
“Just for everybody, all the women in Houston, and just everywhere, be careful when you’re out.
“Pay attention to your surroundings. Just be careful, be safe.

“When they see that napkin, in their head, they’re going to know not to touch it. “I just want everybody to be careful.
“Physically, I’m okay, but emotionally [and] mentally, I’m not. I don’t even want to go anywhere by myself.”
Experts told local media outlets that it could have been an attempted kidnapping.
A police investigation is underway, but no comment has been given by local law enforcement yet.
