Most resorts in Turkey have family friendly facilities such as water parks, kids' clubs and daily entertainment.

We found the best deals for this summer at some of the best, starting from £730pp for week-long stays.

Prices are based on an all-inclusive basis for two adults and two children travelling together and sharing accommodation.

The Julian Club hotel features four outdoor pools including a children's pool with fresh water and a water slide, and it's located less than a mile away from the beach.

Children are able to go to their own movie screenings, arts and crafts sessions, games and team sports, while adults can relax at the spa.

Xanadu Resort Hotel – Belek, Antalya

The Xanadu Resort is directly on a private beach, all you'll have to do is cross a bridge over the waterway.

All the rooms feature air conditioning, TVs, wifi, a minibar, tea and coffee makers and a balcony or terrace.

The hotel has three swimming pools, including one children's pool and water slides. The activities available include jet skiing, windsurfing, beach volley, tennis and basketball.

The kids also have access to a mini amusement park with carousel, mini ferris wheel and trampoline.

For the adults, there's a spa centre and fitness area, as well as an adults-only area and VIP area on the beach.

The Royal Wings Hotel has three outdoor pools, with one of them being the biggest pool in the Lara area.

A lazy river and a waterpark with nine slides are available for kids and adults, but some have height and age restrictions.

The resort also has a funfair with a ferris wheel, a gondola, a carousel, a trampoline and bumper cars.

There are six à la carte restaurants, a bakery and eight'food corners' to choose from, including döner kebabs, pizza and sandwiches.

Liberty Hotel Lykia – Dalaman

The main attraction at the Liberty Hotel Lykia is the pools. There’s an infinity pool, a kids pool, adults-only pool, a big one for everyone and shallow ones for the little ones.

Children can also access the waterpark, which features more than ten slides. A babies club is available and open every day, as well as a youth club for kids up to seventeen years old.

The hotel also has a wide range of activities, going from water polo and aerobics to mini golf, darts and archery.

TUI BLUE Tropical – Dalaman

The TUI BLUE Tropic hotel is a paradise for kids, as they get three pools for themselves, including one with waterslides and and a lagoon-sized pool with flumes.

A quiet pool is also available if you'd like to be in a calmer zone with smaller children.

The baby club playtime caters to the needs of the little ones and it's available for two hours every day, giving parents the chance to go to the spa or relax on the beach.

There are also kids' clubs for children up to eleven years old and 'the hangout' which is a spot where teens aged from twelve to fifteen can chill out and relax in their own space.
