Disney World staff reveal the guests they hate most at the theme park – and it's not the kids

DISNEY World workers have revealed the guests they hate the most at the theme park – and it's not the kids.

Megan Heneghan shared a video on Tiktok complaining about guests who use the single rider line when they are in a group.

The single rider line is a feature at a handful of rides, and is designed for solo riders to have their own queue which is often much shorter than the standby line which is the main queue.

But sometimes, groups of people will use the single rider line to take advantage of the shorter queue and then argue with staff that they should still be allowed to sit together on the ride.

In her video, Megan pretended she was working on a Disney World ride and asked people queuing in the standby line if there were any pairs that could fill some empty seats on the ride.

When no one replied, she turned to the single rider line to get the seats filled and the ride ready to go.

A couple of single people got on the ride and another person got to the front of the single rider queue, but they weren't actually on their own, they were with their son.

When Megan called for another single rider, the woman replied: "Nope hold on, we'd like to sit together please."

The woman said she and her son had to sit together, even though they were in the single rider line

Megan said: "This is the single rider line so I am going to have to split up your party to fill the empty seats.

The woman said: "Okay well [my son's] nine so I can't leave him unattended – we have to ride together.

Megan replied: "Ma'am, if you knew that your party couldn't be split up in the single rider line, then you should have waited in the standby line."

The woman said: "That line was 50 minutes long, I'm not waiting in that."

Megan said: "If you want to ride together today your only two options are the standby line and the lightning lane, otherwise I am going to have to split up your party if you stay in the single rider line."

To add insult to injury, the woman said: "This is ridiculous, you guys should at least have a sign or something", to which Megan replied: "We do ma'am – it's called the single rider line."

The video has been watched nearly 200,000 times and although Megan isn't a Disney World employee herself, cast members have commented confirming how much they hate guests who try and cut in line.

"SO INFURIATING"

One put: "As a cast member, we deal with this AT LEAST once a day."

Another put: "This was an issue on a daily basis when I used to work there. I would put them to the side and wait."

A third put: "I'm a former attractions cast member. This happens at least once every 15 minutes during your shift. I'm not even exaggerating."

Other Disney fans said how much they hate it when someone does this when they go to the theme park.

One person wrote: "So many people do this and it's so infuriating."

Someone else put: "So accurate. I do many solo trips and it drives me nuts that these families or groups of five or six use single rider."

Another put: "These people are the absolute worst because they knew what they were doing."
