Get a 2nd day FREE at Chessington with overnight stays from £55pp | The Sun

CHESSINGTON has overnight stays from £55pp this spring, and you can get your second day in the park for free.

As well as an overnight stay, entry to the park, zoo and SEA LIFE Centre are all included.

With more than 40 rides, attractions and over 1,000 animals, a second day is a great option to have at Chessington.

  • Check out the Chessington second-day free offers here

The £55 per person rate is based on two adults and two children staying in a Standard Room in the Chessington Resort Hotel on selected dates in March and April.

To get the free extra day, you'll have to book by February 28.

The park is officially re-opening on March 23, and the offer is valid on the following dates for Resort hotel stays:

  • March 23 to 26, 30 and 31
  • April 2 to 6 and 10 to 30

If you're planning on staying at the Resort hotel, you'll receive some extra freebies, including exclusive hotel entertainment, free parking and entrance to the Savannah Splash pool.

However, the offer is available on stays at nearby partner hotels on these days: March 23 – 26 and from March 30 to April 30.

HAVEN-LY DEALS

Haven has 2023 holidays on sale from £3pp a NIGHT – but you have to be quick

A good trick to make the most of your two days at Chessington is downloading the ‘Chessington Resort’ app to find the shortest queues, ride availability and daily offers.

The app also shows you the nearest toilets.

Guests will also find new attractions at Shipwreck Coast, which include two new rides opened last summer, Trawler Trouble and Barrel Bail Out.

Chessington has also recently revealed a first look at the highly-anticipated Jumaji land opening this spring.

The new land will see the park's first rollercoaster since 2004.

The new ride will speed you through a jungle landscape in the arms of a mandrill (monkey).

After being flipped upside down, you will reach a 55ft (16.7m) summit and be sent spiralling to the ground before heading back around the ride backwards.

As well as the stomach-churning rollercoaster, the expansion will also feature two brand-new rides: Mamba Strike and Ostrich Stampede.

You'll also find a Jumanji-themed maze (based on the film's board game), as well as themed food, drinks, and merchandise.

You can also bag a second park day for free at Legoland, but the offer ends this week, so you'll have to be quick.
