All you have to do is access the Manage My Booking page and log in.

It will still come at an extra cost but it might be cheaper.
To change your flight, you'll have to pay a fixed fee plus any increase in the cost of your flight.

You can call them up on 0333 300 0042 but be aware that callers will have to wait longer than normal call wait times because Jet2 are experiencing a high volume of calls at this moment.
