A WOMAN claimed to hate Paris after visiting the popular French city on holiday.
Weirdly, there is a scientific reason why – and it's called Paris Syndrome.
A video showed a woman pointing at the Eiffel Tower and laughing while crying, before saying: "I hate it here."
TikTok user Jacob Brainerd then explained that this can be called Paris Syndrome, and explained what it was.
He said: "There is actually a named medical illness called Paris Syndrome that people get.
"People who have this giant, fantastic idea of how great Paris is and it's so disappointing when they get there that they actually get sick."
