A trip to the Florida theme park is on the bucket-list for many Brits – but the cost can quickly rack up if you aren't careful.

Kari Becker is a Disney travel planner and has been to the park over 40 times, so knows a thing or two about how to cut out unnecessary fees when staying there.

She said: "As a travel planner at Marvelous Mouse Travels, my clients always ask how they can save money when traveling to Walt Disney World."

Order food to your hotel

Kari revealed that delivery services will actually bring food from supermarkets to the hotels, meaning guests can prepare their own lunches from their rooms.

She explained that "all Disney resort hotels have a small fridge" so guests can get food ordered and not worry about it going off.

Some resorts will charge to bring the food up to your room, but if you go down to collect it yourself, it won't cost any extra.
