GOING to Disney World for the first time is an incredibly exciting holiday for adults and kids alike.
But a Disney super-fan has revealed the one mistake everyone makes the first time they go.
Tiktok user Emily shared a video explaining that whenever people go on their first trip, they make a strict itinerary for their days in the parks and don't plan for any breaks.
Then when they get tired from running around the theme park for hours, they can't take a break otherwise they'll be behind on their plans.
She explained that it's key to plan breaks into your day and, if you don't end up needing them, you can use the time to do another ride or see a different attraction.
She said: "If you're going to Disney World for the first time you're probably going to make this mistake, so listen up.
"When you go to Disney, you need to plan breaks. Don't get me wrong, some people can do rope drop to park close – that's not what I'm saying.
"I'm saying if you've never been, you don't know if you're those people."

"If you are those people, that time you use for a break can be used to hit whatever you really loved that day or something you thought you weren't going to get to do.
"But if you do need the break you weren't expecting, that time is already built in and you're not stressed that you're going to miss something you wanted to see."
The video has been watched 5,000 times and people agree with Emily's break plan.
One person wrote: "This 100 per cent. Last time we went I made sure we had breaks because the first time we did open to close and we were exhausted."
Another put: "Excellent advice, especially for families with little [ones] that take naps still. Make this a priority!"
A third wrote: "As Disney veterans, we build in breaks because I'm not tapping out before Tinkerbell flies [in the evening]."
A Disney expert revealed another mistake people often make on their first trip to Disney World – wearing new shoes.
Travel planner Rebecca James told Sun Online Travel that people buy a new pair of shoes specifically for the trip but they don't break them in beforehand, so the first time they put them on is their first day at the theme park.
She said: "You'll think you're going to wear them for the whole trip, but you'll wear them on the first day and be in absolute agony.
"Then you'll have to spend the rest of the trip wearing Crocs because they're the only thing comfortable on your sore feet."
