A FLIGHT attendant has revealed the item she never travels without – and it's less than £4.
Knowing what to take on holiday, and what to leave behind, is something people get better at with experience.
And few people have more experience of travelling than the flight attendants, who take to the skies most days for work.
Sophie, who is a former cabin crew member for Emirates, explained why she always takes eye drops with her during long-haul flights.
She told Conde Nast Traveller: "When I was an air hostess, I would always pack eye drops."
"You are spending up to 12 hours on a flight, so your eyes do dry out from the low humidity in the pressurised air.
