LOVE Island has returned to sunny Majorca for another season and this time it’s in a brand new villa.
While it’s not clear yet whether you can rent the 2022 Love Island villa, there are plenty of other luxurious properties in Majorca that you can rent – and some are more affordable than you think.

We’ve scouted around for holiday homes on the Balearic island that are big enough for at least five couples.

Villa Thanasis – £28pp a night
Villa Thanasis is a stylish, modern property located in the charming village of S’Horta.
All five bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, with room for up to 10 people.
As well as the pool, you have lots of covered outdoor spaces so you can make the most of the villa, even when it rains.

Las Palmeras – £30pp a night
The six-bedroom Las Palmeras in Pollensa (with room for 12) was recently renovated so it’s completely modern inside while still retaining its character.

There’s also plenty of space by the saltwater swimming pool, which has its own waterfall.

Ca’n Gatulux – £31pp a night
Another property in Pollensa, Ca’n Gatulux has seven spacious bedrooms, sleeping up to 14 people.

Outdoors there’s an enormous pool as well as a barbecue, table tennis table and a hot tub.

Villa Marina Cristal – £32pp a night
The gorgeous, modern Villa Marina Cristal is just outside of Palma de Mallorca and can sleep up to 12 people in six bedrooms.

It also has a games room and comes with bikes that you’re free to borrow.

Son Gual villa – £32pp a night
This luxury property in Son Gual has five bedrooms and sleeps up to 10 people.
It’s ideal for families though as there’s an outdoor play area, a football pitch as well as a games room.

Villa La Tierra – £32pp a night
This gorgeous six-bedroom villa near Son Gual (with room for 12) is all about the views.
Everything from the outdoor seating space – there are a few to choose from – to the baths in the ensuites offers a breathtaking mountain view.

Villa Can Magnus – £38pp a night
This gorgeous property in Alcudia has room for up to 10 people across five bedrooms.

C’an Vidorra – £50pp a night
C’an Vidorra is an historical property near Soller dating back to 1732, but it’s been recently renovated so everything is modern inside.

There are only four bedrooms but it can sleep for up to 10 guests, making it best for those travelling with kids who are happy to share.

Villa Son Sard Nou – £77pp a night
Villa Son Sard Nou is a six-bedroom property (sleeping up to 12) in Son Servera that’s surrounded by nature.
The entire villa is designed around the long infinity pool, with some rooms having direct access to the water.
There’s also an enormous kitchen for those who love to cook.

Cala d'Or villa – £99pp a night
This is the most expensive villa on our list but it comes with an incredible view right from the pool.
There’s also private access to the sea through the garden.
