IF you want the best views of the countryside while sipping a pint, there is one pub you should put at the top of your list.
Tan Hill Inn is the UK's highest pub, being 528m above sea level.
Found on a remote hill in the Yorkshire Dales, it dates back to the 17th century.
Overlooking Swaledale, it is popular with walkers and cyclists hiking the hills.
Inside are many of the original features including the stone floors and wooden beams.
The pub serves breakfast lunch and dinner, with highlights being their giant Yorkshire puddings and the Tan Hill hot pot, with their own Tan Hill ale alongside other beers and ciders.
