Make the most of another summer spent in the UK with these unmissable events

Did your holiday to Portugal get cancelled?

Or maybe you’re still waiting for your dream location to come off the red list?

While you’re stuck in the UK, you might as well visit some of the amazing attractions on offer this summer.

From street art in a gallery to an adorable teddy bear display, here are three of our favourites.

Art of Banksy exhibition

The Art Of Banksy, the world’s largest touring collection of the elusive artist’s works, has hit the UK.

It showcases more than 70 pieces, including the rarely seen Brace Yourself (featuring a dodgem-riding Grim Reaper), alongside favourites such as Girl With Balloon and Rude Copper.

Tickets are available from £21.50.

At Home Farm

Home Farm is a countryside camping idyll on the Aldenham Estate, Elstree, just
13 miles from central London, and this summer it hosts At Home Farm, a whole festival-style line-up of events for keen glampers.

You can expect live music, al fresco feasts, a circus school and a yoga brunch club, among other happenings.

Contributions will come from the likes of singer
Jack Garratt, Showtime Circus, Wildfitness and Cornish-based caterers Woodfired & Friends.

Mr Simpson’s Teddy Bear Museum

In a new exhibition, Basingstoke’s Milestones Museum will host Mr Simpson’s Teddy Bear Museum – a sweet collection with a fascinating personal story, telling the history of teddy bears and their roles in people’s lives.

Toy historian William Simpson collected nearly 300 bears over his lifetime and gave each of them a name and personality and often a matching outfit – from racing driver to vicar. The oldest one dates from 1908.

Tickets cost £16.50.
