Man reveals disgusting reason why you should never use the ice machine in hotels

A MAN has revealed the disgusting reason guests should never use the ice machines in hotels.

Tiktok user @thecesarishere shared a video of an ice machine in a hotel – and it did not look appetising.

He opened the door of the machine and revealed it was filthy inside and covered in what looked like dust, dirt and mould.

He then lifted a plastic cover to show the water running down the grubby machine before getting turned into ice and being used by guests.

He wrote on the video: "And this is why you don't drink ice from hotels", and captioned it: "Hotel secrets revealed."

The video has been watched more than 80,000 times.

Worryingly, one hotel worker thought it seemed like a relatively clean ice machine compared to others they'd seen.

Someone wrote: "I worked at a hotel doing maintenance on ice machines. You have no clue. This looks immaculate compared to most."
