Mum reveals VERY weird beach hack which saves her money – but people love it | The Sun

A MUM has revealed a very strange beach hack that saved her money on food for her family – but people love it.

Writing on Facebook, she said the trick meant the family had lunch for just £1.50 each.


She wrote: "BEACH HACK: Saved some serious ££ by taking my thermos filled with hot dogs in hot water."

She also said she had her sliced hot dog rolls and mini ketchup ready to make her own hot dogs.

She said it meant the whole family of four had lunch for £6, working out to just £1.50.

She continued: "Pretty sure I would have spent a fortune at the beach cafe. Plus my kids thought I was so clever."

Lots of families loved the idea, with one woman calling it a "game changer".

One person wrote: "That's such a good idea."

Another said they do it for theme parks, as some of them can cost as much as £7 per person.

Some people warned of the consequences however, as someone commented: "We did this but beware the flask stinks afterwards."
