Pictured: The first Bentley-branded residential tower in the world – an ‘exquisitely finished’ home in it with a private garage and pool could be yours for £3.1million

The first Bentley-branded residential tower in the world will open for sale this month.

It’s called Bentley Residences Miami and the British luxury car manufacturer is officially launching the sales gallery for the 749ft- (228m-) high complex, which will rise over Miami’s Sunny Isles Beach, in the coming days. 

The tower, set for completion in 2026, will span over 60 storeys and feature 216 ‘exquisitely finished’ residential units, each starting at $4.2million (£3.1million).

Bentley Residences Miami will be 749ft (228m-) high and will span over 60 storeys. The British luxury car manufacturer is officially launching the sales gallery for it in the coming days 

A 12,000-sq-ft (1,115-sq-m) gallery for the tower will house a 6,000-sq-ft (557-sq-m) model unit replica within, offering a first-hand glimpse of the private beachfront enclave.

Bentley Residences Miami is a collaboration with real estate developer Gil Dezer of Dezer Development, and is designed by world-renowned architectural firm Sieger Suarez Architects.

The Bentley design team is collaborating with Dezer on the interior and exterior architecture of the building, translating Bentley’s luxury design to the residential experience.

The tower is set for completion in 2026 and will feature 216 ‘exquisitely finished’ residential units

Every unit will encompass an individual balcony swimming pool and unobstructed seascapes

Every unit will encompass an individual balcony swimming pool, unobstructed seascapes, and floor-to-ceiling glass windows seamlessly implemented throughout.

Built with luxury car owners in mind, each residence will include an in-unit multi-car garage and a patented car-carrying Dezervator elevator – which allows drivers to be seated inside their vehicle during the ride – alongside all the most desirable luxury amenities and world-class services.

These amenities will include a fitness centre, spa, cinema, whiskey bar, ‘beautifully landscaped gardens’ and a restaurant and lounge.  

As guests drive down the sprawling driveway into the sales gallery, they will be greeted by an abstract, life-size floating speed form Bentley sculpture, which will live outside of the Bentley Residences tower upon completion.

It won’t be the only supercar-inspired tower in Miami – Aston Martin’s first apartment block is nearing completion in the city.  

The iconic carmaker – 007’s favourite – unveiled designs for a 66-storey glass-and-steel waterfront tower in Downtown Miami in 2017, and now the structure has reached its full height – 249m (818ft). 

Aston Martin Residences, located at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way, will consist of 391 luxury residences priced from $1.5million (£1.1million) to upwards of $50million (£37million).
