THE MALDIVES has ditched all Covid tests for Brits, regardless of their vaccination status.
The popular holiday destination scrapped Covid tests for vaccinated Brits earlier this month, but has extended that to unvaccinated travellers too.
The rule change means unvaccinated adults and kids over the age of one no longer need to have a negative PCR test taken within 96 hours prior to arrival.
To enter the Maldives, Brits just need to fill in a Traveller Health Declaration Form 48 hours before departing.
Wearing a face covering is no longer mandatory, but people are advised to wear a mask if they have flu-like symptoms, are in crowded places or are using public transport.
Travellers also don't need to take a Covid test when leaving the islands anymore either, previously needing a PCR test when departing from the Maldives.
