The £17 item that flight attendants swear by for sleeping on a plane

LOTS of flyers struggle to sleep on a plane, with the noise, lights and turbulence making it difficult to get a solid snooze.

But some flight attendants have revealed there's an item they swear by for sleeping on a plane – and it only costs £17.

The Dot & Dot Travel Pillow is a memory foam neck pillow that clips together around a passenger's neck.

But while a lot of travellers might already have a neck pillow, this one is different.

Most travel pillows are rigidly u-shaped and can't be adjusted to create a new shape that might be more comfortable.

But the memory foam Dot & Dot Travel Pillow is fully adjustable and can be twisted and shaped into a range of positions to help you get comfy so you can sleep.

It can also be straightened and used as back support or a headrest.

The product has received extremely positive reviews, with an average of 4.3 stars based on more than 10,000 ratings.

A flight attendant wrote: "As a flight attendant, I have travelled extensively over the years and could ever find a neck pillow I liked.

"This pillow is perfect! You can adjust it to any position you need and it stays until you change it. It works on the plane with a window, middle or aisle seat."
