The clever Royal Family trick revealed by Prince William when travelling with kids

PRINCE William has revealed a clever trick he does when he is travelling with his three kids.

The Royal Family member often travels around the world with his wife Kate Middleton, along with Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.

They recently announced their next big tour to the Caribbean, with stop offs in Jamaica and the Bahamas later this month to celebrate the Queen's Platinum Jubilee.

And Prince William has since explained how he tries to get his young kids involved in the trip.

He reportedly told one fan while on a recent UK visit that before they depart, he shows the children the country they are visiting on the map, so they know where they are going and learn more about the world.

He said, according to People: "They are always asking us where we are going.

"And we show them where we are on the map."

The family have been to a number of countries together, including New Zealand and Australia with Prince George when he was just nine months old.

And travelling with young ones is never easy, when it comes to booking flights and being in a foreign country.

One mum explained why you should always book the first flight of the day when travelling with kids.

Carmen Sognonvi, who has travelled the world with her husband and two daughters, told The Points Guy: "If you get that 8am flight, very often the plane was already there from overnight, so you're on and you're out right on time."

You should never board your flight first either with children – as it means they are stuck on the plane even longer.
