Traveller reveals how she fits a month's worth of luggage into one carry-on bag | The Sun

A TRAVELLER has revealed how she fits a month's worth of luggage in her carry-on bag, including clothes, toiletries and electronic devices.

Packing expert Beccapacks regularly shares videos on Tiktok offering advice to others looking to make the most of their baggage allowance.

In one of her most recent videos, she showed how she was able to travel around Europe for a month, without taking any check-in luggage.

Becca used an expandable backpack, which fits most airlines' cabin baggage allowances, with a packing cube holding her clothes in the main compartment.

A lot of travellers swear by packing cubes as a means to getting the most out of bag space, with clothes neatly rolled inside.

While Becca's cube was unlikely to have enough space for a month's worth of clothing, it would have held enough for a few outfits to be rotated while others were being washed.

In the front of her bag, she stored important travel documents and smaller electrical devices, including cables, headphones and plug adaptors.

She also had enough space for a small toiletry bag, in which she was able to put travel-sized items.

A laptop slot at the back of the bag had enough space for both a laptop and a tablet, while other pockets on the bag provided room for both a power bank and a water bottle.

People were impressed with Becca's packing tips and said they would try and use her methods in the future.

Reddit user Phxflyer shared on the forum that a flight attendant told them the best packing hack is to roll clothes.

"I can get between 12 to 14 days' worth of clothes in a carry-on rolling bag if I roll, slightly less in the winter.

"A flight attendant told me about it and I've been doing it for a while now."

Other Reddit users applauded the hack and even shared their own experiences having tried it.

User Frecklesfunn said: "Roll up everything, in full outfits.

"I put a full outfit on the bed from longest to shortest article of clothing and then roll it up.

"I only pack one extra outfit for how many days we will be gone in addition to a few extra underwear/socks/shirts. With kids especially – this makes life so much easier."
