BRITS wanting a cheap break should look to Turkey as holidays are even cheaper then pre-pandemic.
Finance experts at CashLady.com have revealed the five best value for money holiday destinations – and Turkey comes out on top.
Five years ago, £1 would fetch 4.54 Turkish lira.
Now, Brits can expect to get 21.5 Turkish lira for £1 making Turkey a whopping 375% cheaper to visit compared to 2017.
And with US holidays soaring in price due to the weak pound against the dollar, heading to Turkey will save you much more.
Brits often head to the capital Istanbul, or Antalya for package holidays.

A trip to Brazil is 53 per cent cheaper than five years ago – instead of four Brazillian Real to the pound, you can expect to get six.
A holiday to Hungary’s capital, Budapest, is 43 per cent cheaper.
One pound used to stretch to 302 Forint, but will now get you 460.
Iceland is 20 per cent cheaper too while both Sweden and Poland are about 18 per cent cheaper for Brits to visit.

Also on the list, Chile is 28 per cent cheaper with a pound fetching 1066 Chilean Peso.
